Yes, maximum up to 2 holders are allowed. The funds need to come from the first holder's bank account.

What is the Impact of Currency Depreciation?

The fund will also be subject to INR depreciation, as the underlying investments will be in INR into listed Indian stocks, on an average in long-term the Indian currency has deperecisted by 3-4% against the dollar. The objective of the fund is to invest in high growth companies for long-term, so even with the historic currency depereciation, the returns of an NRI & Foreign nationlas will be greater than the other developed market returns.

What are the Subscription/Dealing Dates?

1The fund is available for subscription on fortnightly basis. The money needs to come atleast 7 days
before the dealing day i.e:

• If the intention is to start from 1st of the month, then the funds need to come by 23rd of the
previous month.
• If the intention is to start from 15th of the month, then the funds need to be received by 8th of
the month.

Important note: Once the funds have been transferred via SWIFT, then it will take upto 3 days to
reflect in our bank account .

What is the Redemption Process?

In case of Redemption request, the scanned copies of the redemption request have to be emailed to pibof@phillipventuresifsc.com. Redemption request is being processed on a monthly basis, we will verify the redemption request and confirm to the investor on the dealing day. Post the confirmation
of dealing day, the investor shall receive credit of the redemption proceeds within T + 15 days after the dealing day. The investor has to mandatorily send the physical copy of the redemption request once the administrator has confirmed the same.

What is the Reporting Frequency & What Reports will be Shared?
