Our AI chatbot uses large language models (LLMs) to answer your financial and tax-related questions. When you interact with the chatbot, your messages and conversation history are sent to our LLM provider for processing. We also use a cloud-based document processing service to extract information from tax documents you upload, such as Form 1040 and related schedules.
We may use a voice AI service to initiate and manage automated phone calls for consultation scheduling and follow-ups. Your name, email, and the context of your inquiry are shared with the voice AI provider to facilitate these calls.
